Latest COVID-19 Update
Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers, so since the month of June, 2020 we as a company have decided to follow through with lifting some restrictions in our fulfillment centres. We have completely redesigned our production and fulfillment centres to comply with recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines in order to serve you better and faster. We are doing our best on our end from the shipping department to make sure your parcel gets there on time and with some restrictions being lifted during this time, we look forward to filling your future orders in a timely manner.
What does this mean for you?
Express shipping is NOW available during checkout. You may have the option to now choose from Worldwide Standard Shipping (7-10 business days) or Worldwide Express Shipping (4-7 business days). U.S. orders process faster than international orders. U.S. Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) and U.S. Express Shipping (2-4 business days). Be wary that processing times may still be delayed due to COVID-19 restrictions. Generally processing times are within 3-5 business days* although currently those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
If your parcel is not received within 6 weeks from the time you received a shipping confirmation and delivery has been delayed beyond the 6 week period, please contact our customer care team at email@example.com and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

The events of the past days and weeks have been unprecedented, however, our main priority continues to be the health and well-being of our associates, our customers and our community.
Once you've placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you; this can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox- so hold tight! Once our team at the warehouse have processed and shipped your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on the way to you. Please note that during the pandemic period, some orders which contain multiple items may be sent out in multiple parts.
Due to the sudden unfortunate global pandemic, packages are expected to arrive later than usual due to preventative measures taken by major logistics companies. Retailers including Gouterae and other shippers are bracing for supply chain delays on goods moved in and out of the global sphere in growing number of airlines and ocean carriers freeze operations across international countries borders in the wake of Governmental Lockdown Restrictions. At Voutare we take safety and pre-caution extremely serious and we kindly ask for your patience and consideration as we navigate through this difficult time in regards to all necessary international shipping and airline delays.
