How do I order?
Click on the "Add to Cart" button to choose products for purchase. When done shopping, click on the "checkout" button to complete your transaction.

Absolutely! Our payment processing system is 100% secure.

When will I get my stuff?

Our team processes your order within 1-2 business days, expect to get it within 7-14 business days, after purchase, depending on customs clearance. Delivery to Canada, the U.S., Australia & New Zealand will be quicker. Expect longer delivery times during the COVID-19 Period. Please read our COVID-19 Policy for more information in regards to shipping delays.

What are the costs of shipping?

We offer complimentary shipping for orders to Canada, the United States, Australia and New Zealand over $100. Expedited Shipping rates depend on where your package is being sent from and to.

If I order multiple items, do they come in the same package?

Typically, multiple items come in one package however if an item is running on low stock or sales volumes are high, items may come in separate packages.

What is your return policy?

Regular priced and full priced items are eligible for returns or exchanges. If you aren't satisfied with your product, please reach out to our customer service department and we'll try and help resolve the issue. 

All sale and special promotion items are not eligible for exchanges or returns.  For Example. 20-50% off items are all special promotion items and are final sale and not eligible for exchanges or returns. Please visit our Return Policy Page for more information.

What is your customer service?

Should you need to contact us, please visit our Customer Care page. Our dedicated team of customer service representatives are looking forward to assisting you. Please note that during high sales volume that our customer service team may take longer to reply.

Can I change, cancel or update my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled, changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing. If you'd like to change or add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item. 

Can I change my shipping address after the order has been placed?

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. 

What is a sustainable product lifetime?


Our luxury garments' are made to last. But as any designer with a strong collection will tell you, most things can’t last forever. Normal wear and tear itself is part of any garments' lifecycle — Goutarae sets clear guidelines for how long you can expect our garments' to hold up, we kindly and humbly ask for you to stay realistic. 

Do you accept returns after wear?

Sorry, we do not accept returns after they have been worn. To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return, exchange, or repairs with reasonable fairness, we cannot accept a return, exchange or repair in certain situations.
