Orders cannot be changed, cancelled or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing. If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.
At Goutarae we strive to provide you with the best customer care and we want you to truly love your product, but we understand that sometimes it doesn’t work out. We’re sorry, but special promotion SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items that were purchased with a 20 to 50% off discount, Black Friday Sales, Holiday Sales, End of Season Sales and especially Buy 1 Get 1 Sales. No Returns or Exchanges.
Our goal is to always keep our customers happy and taken care of, therefore, should you not be happy with a final sale item, please contact our customer care team at email@example.com and they will assist you with an reimbursement offer for any inconvenience you may have experienced in compliance with our customer satisfaction policy.
Full-priced and regular priced items are eligible for returns or exchanges if you have received your product and you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 14 days for an exchange or a refund in your original form of payment. Sorry, but we do not refund any shipping and fulfillment costs.

Purchases made via PayPal or other third-party payment processors may be returned by mail for a refund to the original account or for store credit.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If an item has been marked down within 14 days of your purchase, we will not issue you a price adjustment. Voutare holds the right to change its prices according to special sales promotions therefore we kindly ask for our clients to become a part of our e-mail list for discount updates
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 2 weeks of purchase. If an item is received damaged or faulty the customer must provide notable proof to customer service management and provide an official document of evidence that the item was indeed received damaged within 2 weeks of purchase. After 2 weeks from your order date, items are not considered faulty and are as a result of normal wear and tear.
